Professor Ruby Pawankar, President of the World Allergy Organization, introduces plans for World Allergy Week 2013 (8-14 April) including the theme this year of «Food Allergy—A Rising Global Health Problem.» As in previous years, WAO is developing resources for its national member societies to use during World Allergy Week 2013, including downloads of the WAO White Book on Allergy, the World Allergy Week 2013 logo, and power point slides.
